OUR Parent Company

DLE Technical Services, LLC

DLE Technical Services, LLC (DLE) is a 100% Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) and is a Small Disadvantaged Business.  DLE was established in 2006 by Rob De La Espriella (hence the initials DLE), a former Navy nuclear submarine officer, NRC inspector and nuclear plant senior manager.

Initially established to provide expert advise for major improvement initiatives in power plant operations and Nuclear Quality Assurance (NQA), DLE grew from a single person into a prime contractor for the Department of Energy in only three years.

DLE now provides high-value, cost-effective professional training and technical support to the Department of Energy’s (DOE) National Laboratories and headquarters offices, the Department of Defense (DOD) and other Federal Agencies, commercial clients in the Energy sectors, and Engineering companies in the United States, Canada and Switzerland.

Rob De La Espriella is an industry leading expert in RCA and after 3 decades of solving complex problems in the nuclear power and nuclear weapons sectors, he developed (and teaches) the most advanced problem-solving methodology for regulated industries called Hyper-Integrated Causal Analysis (HCA).

As of 2022, DLE Technical Services is no longer bidding on Government contracts and is focused exclusively on leading teams to solve complex problems, or training others to solve complex problems through our own BlueDragon Learning Management System (LMS).
